How long does it take to earn a master's degree?

The time frame to earn a master’s degree depends on your field of study and your class schedule. With our 8-week class sessions offered year-round, you can earn some master’s degrees in as little as 1 year and 4 months on an accelerated schedule.4

You can also potentially earn your degree in less time with our Master’s Advantage, which allows you to receive credit for courses through a combination of:

Transfer credits from another institution
Course waivers if you’ve taken similar courses3
Work or military experience if applicable to your program

What’s more, you can earn a Master’s in Business Administration here at DeVry in as little as 12 months on an accelerated schedule.8

How do I earn a master's degree?

To pursue a master’s degree at Keller, you need to have already earned a bachelor’s degree and met certain enrollment requirements. Our programs don’t require taking GRE or GMAT standardized exams, and they’re designed to work around your life schedule — even a full-time job.

How can I earn a master's degree online?

At Keller, you can earn your master’s degree entirely online through our academic platform. Our on-campus1 and online classes offer a range of support, including 24/7 tutoring, access to a robust e-library, support from expert faculty, hands-on learning opportunities built into your curriculum, and so much more. 

In addition, our online students can take advantage of Career Services during school and long after, including job search support, networking opportunities, interview prep, and resume support.

Does FAFSA cover master’s degrees at DeVry?

Yes! At DeVry and Keller, we want to make investing in your future as affordable as possible. We’ll work with you to understand your budget, and we’ll help you discover the full range of financial aid options available to those who qualify.
