Develop a project plan including objectives, timing, budget, key tasks and measurements for success. -
Project Execution
Manage projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule and scope. -
Status Reporting
Monitor and report on project progress by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.

Assign duties, responsibilities and spans of authority to project personnel. -
Project Team Selection
Coordinate recruitment or selection of project personnel. -
Budget Management
Develop and manage annual budgets for projects -
Project Analysis
Develop implementation plans that include cost-benefit or return on investment (ROI) analyses. -
Project Communication
Establish and execute a plan for keeping internal and external contacts apprised of project developments and deliverables.
